K-12 Programs: Junior Jacks
Kids Theatre at SFA
Junior Jacks Theatre Camp was started in 2009 to serve local youth while offering an opportunity for SFA theatre teaching certification students an opportunity to teach students that are younger than high-school age . It was designed as a day-camp version of our well-established High School Workshop program. Children participate in theatre games, memorize and rehearse parts and perform for family and friends at the end of the camp. It is open to children entering grades 3-9.
Dates/Times
SFA Campus:
- Camp will meet July 24-28 and July 31-August 4
- There will be one group of Grades 3-6 from 9AM-12:30PM and one group from 1:30PM-5PM
- There will be one group of Grades 7-9 from 9AM-12:30PM and one group from 1:30PM-5PM
- Final performances will be on August 4&5
- Afternoon camps will perform at 5:30PM August 4
- Morning camps will perform at 10 AM August 5

Cost
- $100 ($75 for each additional sibling)
- Camp includes snacks and t-shirt
- need-based scholarships may be available; please notify director of need
